ABC Sets Three New Prime-Time Hours for Spring
ABC will be rolling out three new dramas in the spring: “Castle,” “Cupid” and “The Unusuals.”
“Castle,” from ABC Studios, stars Nathan Fillion as Richard Castle, a mystery novelist who teams up with an NYPD detective investigating homicides copied from his novels. The show is executive produced by Armyan Bernstein, Barry Schindel, Rob Bowman, Laurie Zaks and Andrew Marlow, who also serves as creator. “Castle” debuts Mon., March 9, at 10 p.m.
“ Cupid ,” set to premiere Tues., March 24, at 10 p.m., features Bobby Cannavale as Trevor Pierce, a man thought to be the Roman god of love sent to Earth to make 100 couples fall in love before he is allowed to return to Mount Olympus. Rob Thomas serves as creator and executive producer with Jennier Gwartz, Danielle Stokdyk, Dan Etheridge and Diane Ruggerio. ABC Studios will produce.
