Jason Alexander, the singer's childhood Louisiana friend to whom she was married for 55 hours in 2004 , was arrested in Los Angeles on Wednesday for violating his probation from a 2006 DUI conviction. According to Steve Whitmore, senior spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Alexander, 27, was sentenced to 10 days in jail for the violation when he appeared in court on Wednesday.
