CBS wins Wednesday ratings race

TV News: Fox nabs solid start with 'Secret Millionaire' -- The unlikely specials combo of "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and the "Victoria's Secret Fashion Show" lifted CBS to victory on Wednesday, while Fox received a nice ratings gift of its own from the new "Secret Millionaire."
