TV News: NBC promotion will take place in 650 cafes -- Those who like their macchiatos with a dash of Olbermann and Maddow will be pleased to learn that newscabler MSNBC will be beaming its coverage of Barack Obama's inauguration on Tuesday directly into select Starbucks stores.
